Zara - Shocking customer service at Oxford Street store by manager
I purchased an item of clothing with a friend from the Oxford Street branch of Zara this week, to be worn as a present the following day at a specific event. The two men on the counter were so busy talking and joking with each other that they barely paid attention to the customers - that was irritating but we wanted the jacket so paid and left. The following day my friend discovered that the security tag had not been removed. He was working so as a favour I travelled from South East London to North London to collect the jacket, take it to the branch of Zara, get it removed, and then do the journey in reverse. In total I had to take 6 buses and 6 tubes and waste more than 4 hours. The first member of staff told me 'these things happen' but no apology. She introduced me to two managers, the one I spoke with was rude, abrupt, dismissive and when I mentioned that an apology would have been nice, actually stated that she was not going to apologise. She left me at the counter where another staff member finally removed the tag and did apologise. I asked for the details of customer service and was told they were not able to give them ! But that I had to go onto the Zara website. I have done that but discovered there are no details, only a chat facility. I spoke with someone who called themselves Sachin. They told me that they do not have an email to log a complaint and that they are even unable to give the address of their head office. After saying they'd pass on my concerns I was cut off. Absolutely shocking on every level. Lazy staff who created the problem, half a day wasted, extra travel costs that added almost 20% to the price, a rude and unhelpful manager and a website that deflects. That was my first visit to a Zara. Their company policy seems to be that once they have your money they literally don't care what happens next. Never again. Amazon UK - My account has been switched from uk to us

I recently ordered an item from Amazon.com which seems to be on its way to me. I live in the UK and am a regular customer with Amazon.co.uk. Since placing my order with Amazon.com my shopping app has been switched to Amazon.com I have spent a lot of time trying to get help to change this back to Amazon.co.uk but only get offered choices of other actions by your BOT. Eventually I got a voice which offered me a choice of 3 options but no means of Registering that choice. To get rid of the voice I had to close down my iPhone. My only option noe seems to be to close my Amazon account. I dont want to do this. I just want to get back my app that puts me in touch with Amazon.Co.uk. I have premier membership there. Expedia - Did not receive what I booked

Booked accommodation was told on arrival room not ready til 3.15 p.m., had 3 hours to kill so had to leave luggage for 2 people at reception Only when we came back to obtain room number were we advised we had a room in a separate building 250 metres away from check in address which is address shown on Expedia website Had to cart all the luggage out of the at the maim building to the room location Was told no room available in main building TV in room doesn't work, Communicated with Expedia on 29th and 30th May both via email and phone with no result Beware when booking, you may not get what you booked! There's this account on Instagram called issah_iphone_solution_dealers based in Kenya but they are fraudsters. They say they are an online shop. So am based in Uganda and they are in Kenya. On 25th June 2023. They scammed us after sending them 900,000 ugx for an iPhone 11 pro that they said was on promotion. After sending them. They told us a DHL delivery person would contact us for tax clearance. We cleared about 500,000ugx and till today they haven't delivered saying there a balance. They even posted our receipt on their page yet we didn't receive the package and today they have posted another receipt of someone meaning they are taking fraud to another level. We reported their Instagram page but it hasn't been banned yet and they have a big follow. We need justice please at least ban the account since you can't help in reimbursing the money but they are using the page to fraud people. Ebay - I have a big problem with an order you have not helped me

I bought a suspension off eBay for my car, brand-new with a five years warranty company sent it out quite quickly. I had the part fitted which cost me in excess of more than what the park cost are then drive the car and after three hours the port broke down I took it back to the garage to find out what the problem was that told me the part was defective. I have contacted the company several times and explained that I cant take the part off until they give me another one or give me the money back because I cant afford to have that part taken off and then pay out to have another one put on again its unrealistic, unethical and unreasonable. Whatnot - Payment error

My credit card got transfered to my husband's account and he and I were both unaware of this. We now have rent due in a couple of days are don't have the money to secure the roof over our heads. The 1 person we entered into a huge a break with refused to give us a refund and I am n ow at loss as to what I. An do to rectify the probl we m. Hello. My name is Michael Vaserman, your company flew from Tel Aviv to Vienna FR 7292(ref number: CDB5RV ). The plane was late for more than 2 hours with a departure. I had the next flight to Varna. But even for being late, my plane flew from Vienna to Varna without me, through no fault of mine. I bought two tickets on the day of departure from Tel Aviv to Vienna and from Vienna to Varna. I was sure that everything would be on schedule as written on the website. I would not be late for the Vienna - Varna flight if your plane arrived on schedule from Tel Aviv, as it was written on the site and I bought 2 tickets at once, one from your company and the next from wizzair. I also want to say about the bad attitude from the side of the board attendant who did not want to give her name and was not visible on the plastic card. Sitting in a closed plane, the plane had not yet flown, but stood in the parking lot at Ben Gurion Airport (Tel Aviv) for 2 hours, not by my mistake, I asked for water to drink medicine, my blood pressure rose due to the fact that I realized that I did not have time for the flight Vienna - Varna. I was refused in a very erotic way. They said water is not free and you have to buy it. I want to ask you in such a case, what do you have to provide me by law? I need to get to Varna and preferably quickly. Who will cover the additional costs.

KFC - Skowhegan closes earlier then advertised

On 4 different occasions since the beginning of 2023, I have visited the KFC Taco Bell in Skowhegan Maine. Is advertise that they close at 10 oclock. It is my understanding that There should be everything available that is on the menu as advertise until 10 oclock when they close? On every visit by 9pm, they close the kitchen down and have refused to fill our order as requested. I mean.once, they refused most everything! mash, gravy, chicken strips, fries, any deserts They refused and charged us full price, giving us only a chicken sandwich out of whole order but charging us almost $25. Please do something? Closing at 10 means closing at 10 and its my favorite place to eat so it sucks not to be able to go when I get out of works 5 days a week! Can you make it right?! Thanks, Ash

Lyft - Your driver is crazy about to kill me

You drive was rude, no customer service skil and he lied. You rip me off by charging me a waiting for of $7.81 on 5/29 .cause your driver stool there and did nothing to help me carry 4 luggage into the car. God punish Lyft cause you and your driver are a thief. You charge me $26.86 in 5/28 . I will sue Lyft and put you on social media. Refund as ll my money. He drop me off at the wrong terminal causing me to miss my flight and had to lodge at a hotel near the airport. That driver is evil and need to be fired nd ok. I am disputing the charges.
